ACMS-GC has experienced steady growth since 1993, which culminated in the dawn of the real-estate bubble. Since then, the company has undertaken several spin-offs in order to fully comply with the realities of the Romanian construction market, first separating from the real-estate holdings arm and then by separating from the specialized civil construction company division. The company which resulted is one of the most successful general contractors on the Romanian market, and is able to undertake some of the most complex building projects.

ACMS-GC creates a customer-driven culture by partnering with you on a “negotiated basis.” This means we work with you until your budget, schedule, and quality goals are met. Estimators, Project Managers and Executives pour their time and effort into this process, assuring your project comes to fruition. We offer this partnership approach free of charge as it vests us in making your project a success.To begin the process, we will provide preliminary advice and recommendations, provide conceptual pricing and scheduling and assist the design team in plan updates. This cy cle continues until your project goals are met. Then, we will proceed forward with the following steps to assure a solid start to construction: acquire multiple subcontractor bids and proposals in all categories, make final detailed adjustments in plans, pricing and schedule and finally begin construction.
ACMS-GC understands that the role of the general contractor is not just to build – it is an important piece in the development process puzzle. This is why sometimes the general contractor must help it’s employer with design tasks, permit and zoning applications, tenant fit-out, tenant management and even acquire finance.
Furthermore, ACMS-GC is able to exploit its affiliate (Primavera Development) development-know-how and expertise, should this be required at any time by its clients.
