NDL Frigo Logistics SRL, the logistics services provider of Danone Romania, together with ACMS GC and Primavera Development agreed and signed all the terms in which the Constructor and the Developer would design, develop and construct a new temperature controlled warehouse. The Investor wishes to develop in Romania a Temperature Controlled Warehouse situated in Bucharest, Nicolae Canea Street, 2nd District, on a plot of land of 18,043 sq m.

In order to make the project viable, ACMS GC and Primavera Development should procure all the necessary urbanistic permits. In this direction, it has been already acquired the Urbanistic Certificate, the CUT committee approval and has obtained the final PUD approval.

The new warehouse and the auxiliary buildings (offices, engine room and battery charging room) has been implemented adjacent to the actual factory building and is occupying a surface of approx. 12,800 sq m.

After 10 months of hard working, ACMS GC, the general contractor has finished the design and construction works of the warehouse.

The official reception of the building took place on the 5th of September in the presence of the representatives of the City Hall and other officials.
