Adora Mall will be the 2nd shopping center to be open in Craiova and shall provide approximately 59,000 sqm of retail on three levels (Ground, First and Second Floor), accomodating approximately 1,800 parking spaces. At Adora Mall, the carefully selected mix of 190 shops and the numerous bistros, cafes and restaurants will offer retailers a unique opportunity to showcase their brands in a premium retail environment.
Some of the most well known retailers have already signed the lease agreement with Sonae Sierra: Cora, Cinema City, Orsay, Inmedio, Arsis, Total Wash, Sport's Pub, Best of Browling, Pure Fitness and Maxbet.
The Portuguese developer, Sonae Sierra, chose ACMS GC to execute the concrete structural foundation works for Adora Mall based on ACMS GC long construction expertise in this area.
The structural foundation works were completed in a record time of 15 months between June 2011 and August 2012. The total value of the project is approximately 110 million Euro.
