Bucharest Financial Plaza, also known as the former Bancorex Tower, represents a major milestone in the history of ACMS GC, being the first high-rise structure built. The project was both a challenge and great learning experience for ACMS GC. Bucharest Financial Plaza is located downtown Bucharest, in on Victoriei Avenue. It has 18 floors and a rentable area of 30,000 sqm. It also has 3 underground floors which are used as parking spaces for 160 cars.

Bucharest Financial Plaza is the third tallest office building in Bucharest, having 83 m. ACMS GC was selected as the subcontractor for the structural works, including the concrete and metallic structures for this 83 meters high building, by Bouygues – one of the most important construction companies in France, because ACMS GC was already renowned for the high quality structural works and the great building speed. Bouygues was very pleased with the performance of ACMS GC.
