EOS Business Park is a modern office complex located in North-Eastern Bucharest, offering build-to-suit office space for a single occupier. The first office building has been built for Danone Romania and the second building will comprise 4,000 sq m of high-quality office space and 80 dedicated above-ground parking places.

ACMS GC was the obvious choice for the project, which was developed by Primavera Development. One of the main constraints of the project was the short delivery time of the building which was imposed by the occupier who needed extra space to extend its activities. ACMS GC has also executed the tenant fit-out works as per its specifications.
