Initially, ACMS GC intended to build on this plot a top class apartment building accommodation, offering both comfort and top quality finishes. In 2010, because of the market changes, the owner switched the project destination from residential to offices. With the structure already finalised the new office building development was finalized in a record time, within 6 months.

Frumoasa XXX has been completely leased to reputable clients like Asseco SEE, Ursus Breweries, EurotaxGlass’s Romania and Relians Group. ACMS GC was the obvious choice for the project, which was developed by Primavera Development who is an experienced Romanian developer. ACMS GC has also executed most of the tenant’s fit-out works.
