The rehabilitation and refurbishment of the old, nonfunctional building and its transformation in the first Ibis Hotel in Romania in only 8 months was an interesting challenge for ACMS GC. The works were very complex, ranging from consolidation to high class technical and esthetical rearrangements and finishing. The most difficult challenge was to coordinate the works in such a manner as to meet the very tight deadline. ACMS GC employed modern technologies in order to shorten the execution time.

ACMS GC was selected as the General Contractor for the first hotel the ACCOR Group opened in Romania. The choice of ACCOR was simple, since ACMS GC was one of the very few companies that could meet the very high quality standards imposed by the international hotel chain.
