The Continental Hotel chain wanted the development of the new hotel
in partnership with the prestigious international group ACCOR. Constanta
was chosen as the site for the hotel since is the biggest city in
Romania which is situated on the coast of the Black Sea, providing a
constant tourist flow, especially in the summer months.
ACMS GC was selected by the Continental Hotel chain for the construction of the IBIS Constanta Hotel. The choice was based on the track record of ACMS GC in hotel building and in managing complex projects and delivering high quality works in due time. This project was even more difficult that a regular IBIS hotel, since some ancient Roman ruins were found during the excavations for the foundations. ACMS GC worked with great care, but also with speed, in order to deliver the works in due time and within the quality parameters imposed by the international ACCOR standards.
