Designed by Dinu Hariton, Gheorghe Nădrag, Ion Moscu and Romeo Belea, The InterContinental Hotel in Bucharest was part of a bigger project which included the building of the Bucharest National Theatre. The hotel is 77 m tall and has 25 floors, containing 283 guest rooms. The building is designed so that each room has a unique panorama of the city.

ACMS GC was selected as contractor for façade renewal and modernization of some internal spaces. One of the main challenges of the project was working with specialized workmen teams as climbers for relpacing the façade elements.
