The end of the 1990’s meant a boom in the Romanian telecom market. Mobifone, the owner of Connex, which later became Vodafone, was the biggest player in this market, and needed to develop its capacities as quickly as possible. Mobifone hire ACMS GC to build their main switchboard and the structure for their new office building.

ACMS GC was selected as the general contractor for the main switchboard of Mobifon and as a subcontractor for the structural works for the office building, because the time constraint was very important. Although the time was short, ACMS GC concentrated on the quality of the works and still delivered the buildings in time.
