Developed in Arad in the industrial area of the city for XPO Logistics Romania which is a company offering international road transport services , the project consisted of two stages.

The first stage represented the execution of the office building and in the second phase it has been competed the arrangement of the leisure area with green spaces and the rest area. Also the parking area has been rehabilitated in terms of night lighting , road signs and quality of the road.
