Designed to accommodate a flow of 2,500 people at the same time, the
business park meets all the necessary criteria to be categorized as an A
class office project. With 4,500 sqm per floor, S-Park occupies a
leading rank within the top of similar buildings in Bucharest. With 90%
of the area used as office space and 95% of this area receiving natural
light, with a clear height of 2.80 m a rational end efficient
partitioning and integrating the latest MEP technology, S-Park has been
designed as a quality standard-setter on the competitive office market
in Bucharest.
S-Park Business Park consists of four blade-shaped wings, connected as two “H” shaped buildings, through a central Atrium. The exterior landscaping is meant to underline and harmonize with the architectural concept of the building. During the real-estate boom of 2006-2008 the construction market was flooded with projects. Contractors simply couldn’t keep up with the demand from developers – in many cases this resulted in poor management of the works, budget overruns, delays and reduced quality. ACMS GC was selected for this project, beeing recognized as a company who carrefully manages its resources and doesn’t get overexposed by taking on too much work.
