Straulesti residential complex is located in the north of Bucharest, on the shore of Lake Grivita, in an area that is constantly developing. The site includes two separate buildings joined by a common parking area for 20 vehicles.

Each building accommodates 11 apartments, which have between two and four rooms. The surface of the apartments is generous, without exceeding the reasonable thresholds.

The composition of the facades and the organization of the exterior finishes promote an orderly image, with generous openings to the lake attempting to grant the privilege of this perspective to almost all apartments.

The dominant finishes of the facades are white plaster and clinker, articulated and accentuated by wooden perforations, metal plates and black plated dry veneers. Special attention was paid to the design of common spaces, resulting from the use of contrasting materials and colors.

The project also included the landscaping of the yard and the lake area, to which all the inhabitants of the complex have free and equal access.
